伊丽莎白·施伦克博士，75届 | 2025年获奖者
Dr. Elizabeth Schlenk’s impact on health care is evident in her academic research and the future nurses she has inspired in the classroom.
在过去的四年中，Schlenk博士曾担任匹兹堡大学护理学院研究生临床教育副院长。 She graduated from Mount Mercy with a 护理 degree in 1975 and then worked as a registered nurse at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids before earning her master’s degree at the University of Iowa College of Nursing. 之后，她回到Mount Mercy教授护理五年，然后进入密歇根大学护理学院获得博士学位。 她的论文重点是改善慢性疾病患者自我管理的生活质量。 Older adults have been the focus in several of Dr. Schlenk’s studies, finding ways to enhance their health through lifestyle changes and the adherence to treatment programs.

In addition to her work, Stephanie has added to her academic accomplishments by earning a master’s degree in special 教育 and teaching from Morningside College.

Mary (Kayser) Thornton ’70 | 2025年获奖者

Jennifer (Dobrochowski) Vaughan ’15 | 2025年获奖者
