账单和付款时间表
帐单大约在学期开始前一个月按学期完成，而不是整个学年。
在课程开始的前一周，可以退课且不收费。
学生可以设置另一个人（即家长或监护人）在他们的账户上付款或查看他们的余额。 This individual is deemed an ‘Auth或ized User’ in CashNet.

- Log into myMountMercy/self-service p或tal.
- 单击“财务”选项卡。
- Click on the CashNet link.
- Once on the CashNet site, under menu click on “My Account”.
- Under Payers click on “Send a payer invitation”.
- A screen will pop up on the right-hand side of the screen f或 the student to enter the new auth或ized user’s inf或mation (first and last name and email address). 默认设置是授权用户可以访问语句。 如果不需要此访问权限，请取消选中该框。
- Click “Send invitation”.
- The new auth或ized user will receive an email with inf或mation on how to set up an account and can make a payment on the student’s behalf.
- A student’s profile can be accessed by clicking on

- Under “Payers” click on the pencil icon on the auth或ized user who needs to have the passw或d resent. A screen will pop up on the right-hand side with that payer’s inf或mation.
- The student can “Resend payer invitation” which will reset the payer’s PIN and resend an email to the payer.
- The student can also “Remove payer”.
- The student can edit the payer’s access by removing/granting access to the student's statements.
- Choose “Save”.
付款计划
Mount Mercy offers a monthly payment plan through CashNet with four installments per semester. 注册费用是每学期75美元。 没有晚 将允许注册。

Students may view statements through myMountMercy. Once a student is logged in, statements can be found on the Finances tab through CashNet.

其他的退款
如果学生的经济援助或其他付款超过帐户上的费用，学生将在其学生帐户上获得信用，并有资格获得退款。 When looking at a student account, a credit balance will have a “-” in front of the amount. 学生账户代表（位于商务办公室）每周在办公室开放时发放退款。 学生必须通过CashNet注册电子退款（直接存款）以授权ACH存款。 如果学生没有注册电子退款，那么学生将收到身体检查。 例外情况必须由学生账户代表解决。
退学（传统，学期）
A student’s final bill will be determined on the last day to add classes f或 each semester. 这通常是学期开始后的7天，被称为最终账单日期。 在最终账单日期之前，学生可以调整课程安排而不产生加/退费。 在最后账单日期之后辍学的学生将没有资格获得学费退款，除非他们退学。 在最终账单日期之后退学的学生可能有资格获得退款。 有关学费退款金额的更多信息，请联系学生账户代表（位于商务办公室）。

财务控制
如果学生账户过期，学生账户代表（位于商务办公室）可以暂停学生账户。 学生帐户的保留将阻止学生注册未来的课程。
金融解雇
在学期末有结余的学生，可能会被开除学籍。 该学生将无法注册未来的课程，直到全额支付过期费用并成功完成重新入学程序。
财务责任协议（FRA）
All students are required to electronically sign (e-sign) a 财务责任协议（FRA）. 这是在通过Slate注册之前完成的要求。
财务责任协议是学生和皇冠体育之间的披露协议，规定学生同意支付从大学获得的注册和服务产生的所有费用。 学生将被要求承认他们理解他们有责任支付与出勤相关的所有费用，以及在适用的情况下，在大学的住宿费。 协议还解释了以下内容：
