Mount Mercy nursing students who do clinical rotations, internships, or externships at a UnityPoint Health location have the opportunity to earn a monthly stipend through the Career Launch Program.
$1,000 monthly stipend for up to six months prior to UnityPoint Health employment start date
$500 bonus after completion of boards
Eligible for applicable sign-on bonus
RN Program Scope
Includes RN students of all specialties, whether your UnityPoint Health role upon start date will be acute, non-acute, hospital, homecare, or clinic
Does not require you to be a UnityPoint Health PRN or FTE team member during the stipend timeframe of up to six months while completing RN education/licensure
A commitment to become a .8 FTE UnityPoint Health RN for a minimum of 24 months upon start date at a UnityPoint Health hospital or UnityPoint at Home facility in the RN role
